Yes, all appointments require a £20 deposit to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
The deposit is deducted from your treatment cost when you attend your appointment. However, the deposit is non-refundable if you are a late cancellation, a late reschedule (less than 24 hours' notice), or a no-show.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, this is treated as a late cancellation, and your £20 booking deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
If you do not attend your appointment without informing us (a no-show), your £20 deposit will be lost. Future bookings may also require full payment upfront.
Please try to arrive on time. If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in your deposit being forfeited.
